Problems with mask I've been using for a long time

I've use the F&P Zest Q for a long time and it's my favorite mask ever. In June I ordered new cushions from my DME Apria and I went to install a cushion and it would not snap on correctly. The top and sides would snap onto the mask but the bottom wouldn't or the bottom would snap in and the top wouldn't. It obviously leaked. I opened another cushion, same thing. Same thing with the next one. Finally the 4th one I opened snapped on correctly. I just received another order of supplies a couple days ago and I'm having the same problems. Grrrrrrrrr. I verified they are the correct cushions but the don't fit the mask frame properly. Called Apria and they escalated the issue and will contact me in 2-4 business days. I guess they want me to not sleep for 4 days. Anyone else have this mask and are having issues with the new cushions? Thanks!

Maybe it's time to replace the mask. I don't think that this mask is discontinued, so you should be able to order the same one.
