Hi everyone; I woke up last night around 5am and I was breathing really fast and out of breath. My mask was still on and the CPAP was working.
Do you think I need more pressure?

Are you on any medications, or have any other known health issues besides obstructive sleep apnea? I suppose you could have been hyperventilating for some reason or another. Unfortunately we are probably only able to take stabs in the dark without some more information.

Good. The S9 AutoSet is an excellent machine. To get the most out of it, and look into what may have caused "breathing really fast and out of breath", we would need to see a Sleepyhead chart or two. Please see this thread at the top of the forum index page - " Pugsy's Pointers...SleepyHead Tutorial and TX Hints".
Stick to this thread and ask questions. People will like helping you to learn, use and interpret Sleepyhead.

I also have RBD and sometimes take clonazapam, although i didn't take anything on the night in question (Thursday). Friday I did take clonazapam and slept well.
I upped my pressure to 12.5.
Also on Thursday I got a frowny face which means my mask was not on right, although when I went to sleep it was. And when I woke up, I thought the mask was on right, although I was in a panic and ripped it off.
