SoClean CPAP Cleaner - Backup Machine

Post by Space Oddity » Wed Aug 29, 2018 11:35 am

I'm getting ready to buy a SoClean CPAP cleaning machine system. Once I start using it, I don't want to miss a day. Should I buy two and keep one in a drawer as backup? Money is not a factor.

Oh, FFS!

You'd be better of just piling your money in the fireplace and lighting it.

However, if you've got tons of money to spare, don't be a gullible fool, and spend your money on something worthwhile, donate to the local meals on wheels.

A backup for a SoClean device. Now I have heard of everything.

It's your money....do with it whatever you want and makes you feel good and sleep good.

SoClean does not clean your machine. It claims to sanitize your machine but that is not needed.

The only thing it cleans out is your wallet. I guess two would clean it out twice as fast.

Will the warranty expire on the one sitting in the closet?

"A fool and his money are soon parted."

Did you bother to do a forum search first?

search.php?keywords=soclean

It doesn't "CLEAN" ANYTHING........except your wallet/checkbook.

Read the first set of instructions in the manual.

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=172781&p=1266776&hi ... n#p1266776

YOU have to do the cleaning before you use the machine.

Just use some Dawn dishwashing liquid and clean your mask with that.

Well, seems to me, you really should get a STERRAD hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizer. Sure, they are super expensive hospital grade disinfection machines, but really very cool. And their use is validated for ResMed masks.

Imagine that puppy keeping your masks **surgically sterile**. Get two and invite friends over for mask sterilization parties. You'll be loved by everyone and the center of attention.

This seems to me to be a poor attempt at trolling. A topic, literally on the same subject, is still on the main page.

Hrmph, it still doesn't *clean* anything... But, at least it doesn't falsely *claim* to clean anything.

I took it as satire. Space Oddity is no Johnny-come-lately to the forum.

Money is not a factor.
Send us some - it is a factor for most of us on this forum. Alternatively, establish a foundation to provide equipment and supplies to those who need it but have no insurance or ready means to buy. Good works may help more than protecting a coddled existance. If you do anything to support those in need, by all means don't buy anyone a SoClean - it would be like buying bubblegum for a parrot - stupid and a total waste.

Fair enough.

My textual satire detector must have gone wonky.

It's poor satire, if at all, it likely looks to newbies like an endorsement.
