were you waking that many times before?

and maybe the increase in humidity can help with the headaches.

what would REALLY help is, if you want to take control of your own therapy, you could download sleepyhead software and start tracking your your info and making your own changes.

good luck!
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

OR, you could realize that not everything is about Cpap and that you might want to check with your MD for other possible problems.... if you haven't done so lately. OSA headaches generally go away within a an hour or so in the a.m. so I wouldn't assume it's all about apnea.

I had morning headaches every day for many years. After my morning coffee the headache would go away. I was so used to it, it was my normal and never considered that anything might be causing it - other than I hated mornings.

Had to go to a neurologist (something unrelated) and he asked "Do you wake up feeling refreshed?" I kinda laughed and said "No, never. I hate waking up." That triggered him to order an overnight oximetry test and I was surprised that my O2 was low at night. Had no idea. That led to a sleep study.....and sleep apnea diagnosis.

That was a rather long story to say that in my opinion, I don't see the connection between your headaches and the humidity level? Did you have headaches before? Mine went away once I started CPAP. For me the humidity level is correlated to my having a dry nose or mouth - or not. Dryness causes me to adjust it. I also have a heated tube which can be adjusted so it took a while to find the right settings for me.
