CMS50e data transfer to computer

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this forum, and need some help with my newly purchased CMS50e. I received it yesterday, installation of the software went fine, and I did a couple of 1 minute test on it with recording, data upload, and printing reports.

Last night I wore the device all night in the recording mode, stopped the recording when I got up this morning,and opened a new report, pressed "upload" (held it for about 5 seconds to turn it on to transfer the data, but it didn't transfer.

So, I have a couple of questions: 1. Should the upload button switch to "off" immediately after you press it to "on"?
2. Should you keep the "on" upload button on for longer (like till you actually seen data being transferred into the report?
3. How long should the upload of 8 hours of recording actually take to the computer.

Well, I must have been suffering from a U.S.E.R. error. I can sync data to my computer.
