Hi,
Three weeks of therapy in, and making progress. Had been recommended by the board to increase my minimum pressure from 4 to about 7, which has brought my AHI down in the 10-12 range. Decided to finally break down and shave off my goatee to see how much of a difference that would make. Of course, had my best night so far, with AHI of 7. Still not great, but definitely better that my sleep study number of 38.
Still not noticing a real difference in the way I feel yet, but I know that can take time. Also know I need to increase my exercise levels...have definitely been more lazy than usual due to shoulder problems. I am now about 2 months post surgery and on my 3rd week of physical therapy, and feeling much better from that stand point.
Here's my last 3 nights....input welcome and appreciated.
Thanks!

You could try bumping the min to 8......looks like the CAs are garbage. Ignore them for now.
