Just in case someone needs another type of solution. I found this extremely effective and discovered this by accident cause my wife recently bought this. Then decided to give it a go!
I have tried using a tennis ball and there's no way I was able to adapt to it.
The other commercial solution is super damn expensive!
Just sleep like this. Hope this helps for people who needs to switch to side sleeping and they get the better outcome! My leak rate is reduced and flow limitation while sleeping on the side. Learning how to sleep on the side is the challenge

I've always been a left to right side sleeper. I am curious though..what did you do with a tennis ball to attempt to side sleep?

My problem is I have two injured shoulders that can only tolerate so much time on them. I tried something similar, such as when on business travel, but my body always seemed to find a way to get back into a supine position. Good recommendation, regardless.
Cheers.
Just an average joe on his way from here to there...

I'm still struggling to stay on my side - I generally stay under 1 AHI on my side, but range between 1-2 if I roll onto my back. How does this work - just roll it around your arms? Thanks!

It takes a while because Its a habit thing, I had to do this for about 2 weeks and lately. I barely sleep on a supine or wake up on supine.

Yes. Get a nice comfy blanket then roll it and tie it. Clasp both of your arms inside. To me, its like hugging a teddy bear

I did this for a bout 2 weeks.
I've tried
* Tennis ball, so uncomortable
* A wall of pillows, but the fortress falls
* On the couch, but our couch is too firm

I gave up on the tennis ball, its too damn uncomfortable. Its probably because my bed is soft which I think the efficacy is contingent to the firmness of the mattress.
