marine battery use with CPAP

Post by harrykane140693 » Wed Jun 27, 2018 8:19 am

Hi everyone
My family is seriously considering a camping trip and most of the camping sites we are looking at do not provide electricity. I’ve read on the forum before that a marine battery can be used for travel. I have 3 questions -what type of marine battery do I need (are there different voltage options?)?; how long with such a battery normally power a CPAP? and how do you hook a battery to a CPAP machine-what kind of connection is needed?

Thanks for your help sneaky spam hidden link removed and the offender won't be able to post anything again
Hoping to be a Happy Camper

People will need to know brand and model of your cpap machine to best advise you on optimal ways of attaching things.

Welcome to the forum..

I am short on time and someone else will have to offer their ideas once they know what you are using.

Nice catch! Never seen anything done like that. Sneaky... Jim

Can't see how it would be useful to him or anybody else, but truly sneaky.

Yup.. nice catch. I've seen it done before. It's a way to generate inbound links to websites to increase their ranking in search engines.

Sorry guys. I didn't catch it because I didn't see it until I go to the edit mode.

I will remove it...and leave this thread since it has educational value and the offender won't be doing it again.
Sneaky damn spammer.

I am also going to break the link in the quotes. Don't want people going there just in case something bad is hidden at the website.
It's not in English anyway.

I have never seen that done before. Geez....I don't have time to go to edit mode when I preview these new account postings looking for spam....so if you guys spot it like this...please report it and I will take care of it.
I couldn't see the link because I didn't quote him. Probably won't be making that mistake again.
