I've managed to reduce the flow limitation by sleeping on my side and higher humidity settings. Then leak rate through soft neck brace but I still get fragmented sleep. I often wake up after 3-4 hours.

Thanks.

Machine is trying to increase pressure but it can't because you have the upper pressure at set 13...Raise it to 15.

Your minimum is also too low for your needs.
Get OSCAR

Sometimes we just wake up and there is no special cause and not much we can do about it.
It's normal to wake up briefly after a REM cycle is completed...usually we aren't awake long enough to form a memory of the wake up but sometimes we do.
And then there's what they call a spontaneous arousal...we wake up for no special (or known) reason that we can identify.
Not all wake ups are from some sort of breathing issue.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

Thanks pugsy! I was thinking the same thing and I suspect it was hot flush because I feeling hot when I woke up. I'll attempt to use the same bedroom temperature tonight. This is the first time since I had my first attempt with CPAP that I have an uninterrupted 4 hours sleep! Hurray
By the way, does my new graph looks like an improvement than before?

Number wise a very small "improvement" meaning less AHI but you are going to have some nights with less AHI and some nights with a little more AHI and it really doesn't mean anything changed much.
Flow limitation graph is actually a little more active which in itself doesn't really mean much either.
When the AHI is less than 1.0 any reduction is maybe just going to mean 1 or 2 total event number differences. Not really anything more than a normal expected variance that we would expect from night to night because we simply don't sleep the same each night.
So relatively very minor difference that might simply be normal nightly variance. That's normal and to be expected.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.
