Masks don't MATCH machines. Any mask with any machine. (Did you really ask that?)

I cannot believe the original post is a real question.--just plain SILLY!
Masks do not have "naughty bits"--hence no gender.
The names are little more than mere marketing, usually linked with color, and size.

You'll need either a male-to-female adapter or a female-to-male adapter. Unfortunately, those are extremely rare. The only adapters you will find are male-to-male or female-to-female. And those sound totally pointless.
