Change Pressure Settings for M Series Plus

I am having severe problems with air in my stomach and want to gradually decrease my pressure to see if it helps the problem. I have been unable to sleep more than 2-3 hours at a time without having to get up and move around to relieve the pressure. DME needs prescription for each change and I don't want to have to run from Dr. (who is only a FP) and back to DME with machine since I think it will take several tries to find a pressure I feel is comfortable and helpful. Does anyone have instructions for changing the pressure on the M Series Plus? I have ordered a couple of different masks including a FF mask to try also.

Remove the power plug from the Unit. Hold the two arrow keys down while inserting the power plug. Takes a few seconds. Then you are in like flint.
