Should my settings on the airsense autoset be all auto?

New to cpap and wondering if a manual temp should be set or just auto is best as with ramp etc?

There is no right or wrong with humidity and ramp settings. They are comfort issues and should be set individually based on what works best for YOU.

Auto works for most of the people and that's why the defaults.
Doesn't mean it works for everyone though and there's always someone outside the "norm".

I can use auto settings in the summer for hose air temp but not in the winter when my bedroom can get extra cold. It doesn't prevent condensation well enough for me but that's because my bedroom temp in the winter gets a lot colder than the "norm".

Auto is a good place to start though...since that is where most people do well. Statistically the chances are you will also and if not you have a starting place for adjustments.

Ramp being on auto...worth trying if a person needs ramp but you have to understand that Auto Ramp means 30 minutes to get to minimum pressure OR when the machine thinks you are asleep and from what I have seen I don't know that I think that the machine can't make a mistake about sleep status.
