Hi everyone...
I just got this pillow and will be trying it tonight.
http://www.pur-sleep.com/shop/cpap-bed-pillow.html
MOST IMPORTANT: I am a stomach-side sleeper... I love falling asleep while laying on my stomach with my head tilted to the side and partially burrowed in pillow (mask leaks anyone?

)
The pillow came filled with a lot of buckwheat and some foam... there are also two bags with more of buckwheat and foam...
From description it sounds like for my sleeping pattern, less is better... anyone has any advice? I know it will be trial and error, but any important points I can get before, are welcomed..

When I got my pillow several years ago, it was just bags of foam and hulls with a pillow cover. I started with about half full and gradually added until it was about 3/4 full where I have kept it. I primarily sleep on my side with about 5% on my stomach.

I could fill two more pillows with what I took out of mine when I got it. I also sleep on my sides mostly but wish I could sleep on my stomach.

That’s what I wonder about.... pillow cane filled already and there also were two bags of additional fillers.
I probably took half of the fill out and will start from there. May add some or take out even more.

I ended up taking out a little more than half because I don't do well with a tall pillow.
You will just have to play with it a bit. It took me 2 or 3 nights of fiddling with the stuffing to get it to where I liked it.
Not too tall and not too firm but still support my neck.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

I added more foam to my pillow and that didn't go so well. The thing about the pillow that was working for me is it's flatness and firmness. With a greater proportion of foam, it shifted more and allowed my head position to become skewed instead of lying flat. I'd give it a bit of time to figure out what about it might be improved. Maybe you'll find it ok just as it is.
