I am scheduled for a Septoplasty procedure next week and I have a question for anyone that has had Septoplasty done. My question is, How did you use your CPAP machine after the procedure? I currently use nasal pillows but I doubt I'll be able to use them after the surgery. Do you just not use it or get a full face mask and try to use that?
any info from people who have experience is appreciated

Re: CPAP after Septoplasty surgery
I had the surgery and was told not to use the CPAP fopr 5-7 days. I use a FF mask and for the first 3-4 days I slept upright in a recliner. Then I reduced the pressure and started using my mask. After about 7-8 days I resumed as normal. You should get instruction from your surgeon. Some pack the nose..others do not.
