Sleepyhead Plots disabled

Post by jwjeffrey » Mon Apr 02, 2018 3:45 pm

Sleepyhead has disabled all my plots, has anyone ever experienced this and found a solution?

1) using Resmed Airsense 10
2) Running latest sleepyhead software on Windows 8
3) I uninstalled and then reinstalled the software, to no avail
4) I never tweaked the settings away from default. This is only the 3rd time I've opened up Sleepyhead

Did a google search of previous threads on this topic from a few years back and tried those recommendations which unfortunately didnt work

Thank you

Try creating a new user profile and importing new to that new profile.

That happened to me, too, and I tried everything, to almost no avail.
Ultimately, what worked in the end was something related to 'Broken GL'.
If you do a search with that term, you will find the steps to accomplish the solution, if that's your problem. (I know it was last September when it happened to my system, and I posted a link somewhere on another forum.)

Good luck!

I use a laptop and "extend" my Windows desktop onto an external monitor. This lets me run two displays side-by-side.
For reasons I do not understand, Sleepyhead is - alone among all my programs - able to display properly only on the laptop screen and not on the external monitor screen.

Could be a graphics driver issue? Is there an update available?

SleepyHead may need to be explicitly run in "Performance graphics mode" if your notebook supports it, or in some cases it will try using the wrong GPU to render the OpenGL pipeline.

But those "BrokenGL" builds, which should come included in the Program folder, may also help.
