Resmed data error

I have an S8, ResMed card reader and card and the 5.7 software. All was fine until a couple of days ago when the data would fail while downloading. The card seems to load from the S8 fine, indicates copy complete but I cannot get it to download. I get the message that the data card is detected but not readable.

Any ideas? Anbody know where I can purchase a new card?

Did you get your Resmed S8 and data card from a local DME or did you purchase online? If you got it from a local DME they should check and/or replace the data card. If you purchased your S8 from an online dealer they most likely also sell the cards separately.

And maybe, DSM or one of our other Resmed 'puter geeks will have a better answer for you w/some way to "fix" your present data card.

I purchased all of my ResMed equipment from CPAP.com. My DME is less than helpful.

CPAP.com shows the card and reader as unavailable.
