screen saver/server

screen saver/server

We got a new computer last week and reinstalled my encore, encore pro, etc. It seemed to all be working fine and then all of a sudden, the screensaver no longer worked. In reading some of the windows forums, it seems that it may be related to the SQL server.

I wondered if any of you have had a similar problem and if you had any suggestions.

Also, since I am the only one using this software, is it necessary to install the server part of the software?

Any suggestions are appreciated!

Yes the server is where the data is stored. What's not necessary is a screen saver with modern computer systems. If you aren't going to use the computer for a long while the monitor has a off button, or reinstall the saver and turn it back on. Jim
