Is the mask too tight?

What mask are you using?

Maybe the straps are too tight. It's important to adjust the mask laying down at the highest pressures you will receive from your XPAP.

Agreed-adjust the headgear straps while laying down-sounds like straps are too tight

There are different styles of full face mask, ask about trying another one if you can't get your current one to fit without pain or leaking... I went through 3 styles before I gave up and went to nasel pillows (which I wasn't sure would work since my sinuses are so messed up, but I love 'em).

Good Luck
