error e47 is a sensor problem

Per the manual:

Probable causes: 1) Occluded or restricted pressure tube 2) Defective flow sensor

Corrective actions: 1) Replace flow tube 2) Replace PCA

If it is an older Remstar Plus, they don't have pressure sensing lines at all.

If it is a Remstar Plus model that does have a pressure sensor & tube (the cflex model), is there any chance you got some water into the air outlet from your H/H ? (assuming you are using one).

If yes the there is a good chance that clearing the pressure sensor tube will fix this but to do that usually involes opening the box up.

Good luck

On the "Plus" models, the "E" error codes only go up to E-31, but on the Pro 2 or Auto, the E-47 error is:

ERR_FL12_SENSOR_RAILED

*Occluded or restricted pressure tube
*Defective flow sensor

*Replace flow tube
*Replace Main PCA

It's going to have to get sent back to Respironics to get fixed.

Best wishes,
