My thanks to all the people who have kept mentioning ways to stop condensation from forming in the hose and raining on your nose. The problem is intermittent for me so I kept putting off solving it. 2 days ago I spent 10 minutes at the sewing machine and made a long tube out of some fleece scraps and stuffed the hose inside. INSTANT CURE for 10 min work and some fabric scraps. No wet nose any more!

Good for you! I am using that Snuggle cover I bought from cpap.com, and the rainouts are still there!! I'm seriously considering buying the Aussie hose.
