Problems signing up for Dreammapper - So Frustrating

I have a Phillips Bi-Pap machine. I have tried to install Dreammapper. All seems fine but I hit a blue screen which says to input your data card. My provider says it should not be necessary as my modem should pick up the data. Can anyone provide help? I dont care to remove the card from my machine.

Why are you afraid to remove the SD card? That's the data that Dreammapper needs. Nothing will be deleted from the card.

I'm not sure I understand your problem as I use BlueTooth with DreamMapper. Do you have that capability? I usually download to my smart phone and it syncs to my laptop automatically.
