Is there a way to change the clock setting, possibly from the Clinician Menu?

yes, I recently moved to Ukraine and had to figure it out.... unlock your CPAP, go to OPTIONS and there a select date and time.
Just incase you don't know how to unlock...press the right large button and bottom smaller button(the one with 2 check marks)
at the same time and hold for 3-seconds.
