Are you sleeping soundly for the most part or waking often for some reason or other?
I probably have asked this before but I can't remember....take any medications of any kind? If so, what?

Would you do me a favor please and do your screen shots a little differently so that we can get a better idea what is going on?

Just do one image...turn off the pie chart on the left (Preferences/Appearance tab...remove check mark) and hide the calendar so that the AHI and each category will show up on the left side along with the statistics (which we can't see right now).
On the right side do just these graphs. You can resize and move them around if needed.
Just these graphs...
Events
Flow rate
Pressure (or mask pressure) but no need for both.
Leak
Flow limitation (since you are using a ResMed machine)

You can get all of this on one screen shot easily. See image below of mine.

If you're sleeping 10 hrs (too much) and not feeling great, I would think you're not being treated. You shouldn't need to sleep so long and you should feel a lot better. I would imagine bumping your min. pressure by 1-2 cms (or more depending on where it is now) would be needed.

The bulk of your AHI for this night was Central/Clear Airway.....
how was your sleep quality?
Wake often?
Any other health issues going on like pain or comfort or something?
Take any meds?

No, not enough centrals to warrant ASV. I just mentioned them because sometimes when I see them and people say they remember waking often that I can probably discount some of the centrals as Sleep/Wake/Junk.

So you are on medication for depression? SSRIs and SNRIs are notorious for causing not only unwanted daytime symptoms but for messing with the normal sleep architecture and even causing a lot of low level arousals that you may or may not remember but will impact how you feel during the day.

What are your daytime symptoms that you have you wish you didn't have?

Bump your min. pressure for a few days to 6 or 7 and see how you feel. Don't change anything else (yet) so you'll know if that's the problem... which I believe it is regardless of what else might also be problematic.

I hear you in that the symptoms started before the medication started but the meds can definitely impact those daytime symptoms you don't like.
Just saying that they can play a part. Probably not 100% the part but they can sure mess with how we feel.

It's only been 2 months though...and while I know that may seem like a long time in the grand scheme of things it really isn't.
Some people have found it takes months and months for their unwanted symptoms to very gradually fade away. I know we read about people having the "overnight miracle" but in real life those people are a very lucky and very small minority. Most of us have found it takes quite some time and the improving is so gradual that sometimes we don't even realize it. I know that I didn't have that overnight miracle except for the nocturia going away immediately. The energy thing for me took a lot longer and it wasn't until I actually had to sleep without my cpap one night that I realized just how much it helped when all the ugly symptoms came back in full force.

Also...do talk to your doctor about the meds and the depression. Often one of the symptoms of sleep apnea are the very symptoms that get blamed on the depression so we get the depression diagnosis first and get started on the meds but instead it was the sleep apnea that was causing the symptoms that got blamed on depression.
Just the other day I read where a forum member decided (with his doctor) to get off the meds for depression and he was noticing that his unwanted daytime symptoms were going away and the "depression" wasn't rearing its ugly head.

I agree with Julie. Those large pressure swings MIGHT be disturbing your sleep even though you don't seem to be noticing them. It is worth a try.

Minimum pressure is already 6 cm....maximum is 9 cm. Not a huge range there but it might be impacting sleep quality a bit if you are sensitive to the changes.
EPR is set to 2.

It does look like ramp is being used..that's why you see the 4 cm for a little while....that's the ramp part.
