Substitute for Nyr gel

Does anyone know of a suitable substitute for Nyr nose gel that works just as well? Nyr is a little pricey. I thought of using vaseline but it gets sticky. Any suggestions are appreciated.

K-Y jelly, but NOT the warming formula.
Not kidding!
Vaseline is believed to deteriorate silicone.
It might be nice for the nose, but too much is ugly in your lungs.

Thanks for the suggestion Chunky Frog! I think I have some of that very item. If I do I will give it a shot tonight. I use the Ayr for two purposes. 1. to sooth the nose when it gets irritated and 2 to give a better seal. I used it for the first time in a while last night and had the lowest AHI I have ever had: 0.5
