Selling equipment

Does anyone know a good site that will buy two of my old machines. I have 2 Res med S8's with the humidifier. They have a lot of hours on them because they were used every night. The were both used for about five years. Any idea what I could get for them? I also have various nasal pillows for the swift FX and liberty.
