sigh - the CMS 50D is only used for spot checking pulse and So2 - it does not store data. However if you are talking the 50 D plus that's a different case, but you spent pages telling us how yours not only did not work, but Amazon would not refund your money. Was there, as suggested, user error perhaps?

Please explain to me how I am wrong when you misidentify your device? The 50D stores no data, the 50 D+ stores a nights data. Petty sloppy work for a PhD PE.

Since you could not get it to work, and started a new thread I thought that perhaps you bought a 50D. WHo knows what or when you do things?

No one can keep track of what you do. I do not live in my parent's basement ( Another non-fact for you). As far as a life, you have no clue as to what kind of life I have or do not have (One more error on your part).

You are correct, the 50d+ does not have a download data option in the menu.
The procedure is very simple, sleepyhead will find and download the data.
In the 50d+ menu set the date and time to match your xpap machine's date and time before you record.
You have to download your machine data first into sleepyhead and then the 50d+ data.
Connect the 50d+ Data Cable and turn on the 50 d+. You don't have to enter the menu at all.
Select Oximetry in sleepyhead and it will find and download the data from the 50d+.
You will have spo2 data in charts and the statistics.

I hope this works for you.

That was an excellent and accurate explanation. Unfortunately, the moron will not understand it, so it is wasted. Easier to talk to your houseplants.

it does not work with my current 50d+ that is new and the current sleepyhead version

i certainly do not understand illogical bullshit
but that is all you ever post
SInce none of your namecallings are true anyway, at least you could try and come up with some new and different taunts and names. You not only look infantile but boring too.

Often when sleepyhead has found the device it will say that it's under a different name on a popup. Ignore this by clicking the ok button and the download will proceed.
(This popup happens to me every time)

I don't know about houseplants, I think mine just called me a libtard. It's now a trash can plant.

Note to xxyzx - this is a lie and total fabrication, so you do not need to accuse me of that for this post.
