It doesn't measure pot level or IQ, don't know about blood alcohol level.

Yes. If you're sleeping over the legal limit your machine will shut down.

If it does, that info is not shown to the patient.
However, if your machine has a modem, you can never be sure who it will tell.

Not that I know about! However, I can't say that intoxication can't be discerned from the data that are collected!

If the leak rate is maxed out, it means you passed out. Keep drinking, you can't loose any more brain cell, gone is gone.

Is assume that OP was asking if the presence of alcohol can be chemically detected. I'm pretty sure that it cannot. What I meant was that certain sleep patterns might be indicative of intoxication.
