Air sense 10 and F20 mask - believe the leaks?

I've had an F20 mask for a while, but recently got an Airsense 10 Auto. It's running at fixed pressure of 8cm.

Overall the machine seems to be great, but the leak value seems extreme. Yes, I get green smiley face on all nights, and when doing mask fit test. Full face is selected, and in the myair app, it knows specifically that ai am running the F20.

As an example, last night my AHI was 1.3. Pressure was fixed per above. Green smileys.

In the 30 day report, it says that leak was 55L/min, AHI was 1.9, AI 0.7 and Central AI was 0.0. So I'd think I'm doing pretty good, besides that leak value.

The mask owner's manual has a pressure-flow chart in it, and by design the mask doesn't flow 55@8.

Is the value resumed is reporting the max, or average leak? Though I have green smileys, myair reports a few mask removal events per night. That could be part of it... Though the events aren't long.

I'll look into getting the SW to better understand these data... But curious on the leak number if anyone has insight.

you get a smiley face as long as your leak isn't over the 24lpm threshold for more than 30% of the night, so the smiley face indication is pretty lax.

myair is a toy, don't waste your time on it, get sleepyhead, and see what your leaks are really doing.
