autoscan clickety clack

Post by pipesmell » Thu Nov 30, 2006 7:11 pm

Hello all! I was wondering if somebody would be so kind as to send me the fix for autoscan searching for floppy drive...... ( click...click...click).

I've pm'ed a few members, but have not gotten a response. I figure now I'll put out a general request. If you can help, pm me and I'll respond with my e-mail address.

Thanks in advance, Jim

Hey, guys!!! "Is" there a "fix" for that constant noise of the AutoScan looking for my floppy drive??

The best I've been told is that it won't hurt my 'puter and to put a blank floppy in the drive to reduce the noise.
