First of all they are a complete piece of crap. The strap locks are cheap, flimsy and hard to operate. It is anything BUT comfortable as the seal is not thick enough to provide a decent seal nor comfort when pulled tight enough to seal. It has a poorly designed relief valve that flaps and causes troubles (I sent mine back for this to CPAP.com and they recognized it as a problem from other returns as well). It has a cheap hybrid version of the netted/strap system used in the Hans Rudolph mask, but not even well executed in the first place. All in all avoid bothering with this one. They should delete it from their offerings alltogether if you ask me. I am exchanging for the tried and true Ultra Mirage FF mask. Sure, I HATE ResMed's business practices, but I have to bend over and admit, they do make a heck of a well designed mask. I sure depend on my Activa, a mask I consider to the the finest nasal mask on the market for overall comfort and performance. Just thought I'd help some folks avoid a potentially bad move.
