OMG!! I discovered that the comfortlite 2 has this "bulb" like atachment that covers the nose!! I ad no idea!! I went back to my DME who is wonderful, and he gave me one and I cant beleive how well it works!!I was a bit annoyed at the fact that I didnt know about it, but I had requested nasal pillows............anyway, I am really happy with this mask now--he also gave me this cool velcro strap which I put under my chin and I look ridiculous but it stays on and works great!!!
I found my thrill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm really glad to see someone else likes the CL2 simple cushion as much as I do. I've had to add an extra strap which I velcro to the headgear at the neckline. It provides just that little bit of extra tension to hold the cushion snugly against my face. It also helps keep the back of the headgear from riding up. After about 5 minutes I completely forget I've even got a mask on!! I've been wearing my simple cushion for 6 months now and can't imagine using anything else!!

Please explain how you made your extra strap and the material you used and where you bought the supplies. This might help me get the CL2 to work for me. I liked the simple cushion, but couldn't stop things from sliding. I am not the most crafty person, but I'm learning. Have been struggling with CPAP for about a year now. Thanks.

Im not Linda B, but I asked my dme to find me a velcro strap and he just found one somewhere. (He knew I was a bit irritated that I hadnt been shown the simple cushion to begin with and that he actually had to charge me $30 for it despite the fact that it came with the mask my insurance paid for--GRRR.)I wonder if you ask your DME, they have so many of those things hanging around--this is just a stretchy strap with velcro on each side.
