Hi,I am an newbie at this so bear with me....
I started out with a Respironic M Pro(too noisy so I traded it in for a
ResMed S8 escape(much quieter).I using a heated humidifier but come around 3 am I would wind up with a nasal wash,so i bought aN Aussie Hose.
Works wonderful. Then as I progressed with the PAP (CPAP ,i developed
Lip flutter.that has been fix using a respironics chinstrap and a head band that wraps around my head, covering my lips.(looks like a Holloween mask) I thank all of you for all the great suggestions.

Wow, we would love to see a picture of that! Can you post one?

Sounds like you are doing great...willingness to "tinker" is a critical part of CPAP therapy and compliance!

ditto to what Moogy said!

wheezy, welcome to the board. Happy to hear you found some ideas here to make your treatment go more smoothly.

That Aussie heated hose has long been one of my favorite "cpap accessories". Glad you found out about it and got yourself one early on.
