get all from dme for comfortlite 2?

Hi there, had a question, I am up for a new mask thru my dme and I wanted to see if anyone knew if I get, or the dme gets, the comfortlite 2 mask in a package like cpap offiers? ie, with 2 different sizes of 2 different 'masks' like the 2 cushion pillos and 2 direct seals?

Just curious as they didn't give me all the pillows with my swift last time, then I found out here I was supposed to get them as I 'paid' for them, and went back and caused a big commotion
so was wondering before I go in there so I can get them then if I am supposed to, or get a diff mask or get it from cpap.com or something

I think you need to ask the DME that question. Both of the factory sealed ones I purchased came with 2 sizes each, of the nasal pillows and Simple Cushion.

There are version of Comfortlite that only come with one type of interface, but then it usually comes with more sizes, if I remember correctly. I had the same thing happen with my DME with the original Comfortlite, so the next time, I gave them the exact part number from the manufacture for the set up I wanted. I also find if I just have them ship my masks to me, I get all the cushion sizes rather then going in to their office & being fitted.

Received mine through my sleep center. It was not in original packaging but I did receive two different sizes of both pillows and comfort seal.

It "is" confusing. My DME brought my ComfortLite 2 into the 'fitting' room in a mesh bag which contained the mask and THREE sizes of nasal pillows. I was given all 3 sizes. The mesh bag is zippered so "if" it came w/the seals or the nasal mask in addition I never saw them much less received them. But I did get the 3 sizes of pillows so I seem to have come out ahead of some of you. In fact, I'm thinking of trying the medium pillows in place of the small tonight. Still I 'would' have liked to have tried the nasal mask ... and frankly the seals looked interesting ... I kinda of wish I had received one or the other w/my 3 sizes of pillows. I must not be looking online in the right places because I saw only the packaged 3 size pillows and nasal mask or three size pillows and the seal. I didn't see any offering only 2 sizes of pillows nor any that didn't include either the nasal mask or the seals.

Did you receive the "ComfortLITE 2 NASAL MASK INSTRUCTIONS" with your mask? If so on the last page it lists Packages, Combo Packs, and Replacement parts with part numbers.

Sounds like you got Part Number 1030493 - Comfortlite2 w/Headgear, Size S,M,L Pillows Cushions.
