Rozerem and me
Rozerem and me
Ok before these past few days with out I would have argued with people about it. I love it. But I have been going from doctor to doctor trying to find out why I am so tired. Was watching comerical for it on tv and one of the side effects was fatigue. Surprise surprise. I haven't taken it in 4 days and I am no longer feeling so fatigue!!!!! I thought was going to lose my mind and was very close to doing something harmfull to myself cause couldn't bare it any longer. That is why I posted the venting post. So for other who use it and are having same problem. Headsup!
um I thought Rozerem's intended function was to make you fatigued so you could sleep? Their big thing is it is non-addictive unlike some of the others. Was watching comerical for it on tv and one of the side effects was fatigue. Surprise surprise. So if you weren't taking it for sleep, then what where you taking it for?
Melatonin has the same side effects

I have never slept through the night, at least not in the past 20 years. Got on CPAP a few months ago. I sleep better but still wake a couple times each night. Sleep doc gave me Rozerem to try to see if it would help keep me down. It did nothing for me. Next tried Ambien CR. Bingo, for the past week (since starting Ambien CR) I have slept through the night every night. Wonderful drug, and it is approved for long term use unlike Ambien.
CPAP has helped my daytime sleepiness a lot. Adding Ambien CR has made me feel like a normal human being again. OK, as close as I will ever be to normal
