I couldn't decide on a FF mask so I went ahead and ordered the new Tiara Full Advantage FF mask to try. I ordered a Medium so I sure hope that works. The CPAP.COM fellow I spoke with said if necessary I could possible do a measurement through the plastic before opening it to pre determine possible mismatch in sizing. I just hope the Medium is the right one to start with. I've typically worn "Standard" sizing with the ResMed Activa for example, as well as the FP 431 (which didn't work for me). I still plan on using the Activa most of the time. But I had a few bad sinus days over the last month and figured with THAT time of the year coming I'd better get prepared. I can't miss a night on therapy that's for sure. I will give a full review by Saturday after having worn it for 2 nights, so others can benefit from my being the "first on the block" to try this new entry. It looked very promising from the description. Multiple seals and a special seal for the top of the nose bridge area. Time will tell......and I'll let ya'll know.......
