HOW CAN I RETRIEVE MY NUMBERS (INFO) FROM MY MACHINE IT CAME WITH A SMART CARD?

To get data from the smartcard you need to buy Respironics' software. It's called Encore Pro, and sold(among other sources) by https://www.cpap.com, the hosts of this forum with all the necessary manuals.
