Travel and CPAP
I have traveled all over the world with my machine. All you need is 120/240v outlet in the room and an adapter for the local plug if you are outside the US. I also travel with an long extension cord in case the outlets are not conviently placed. You also need to carry your cleaning equipment.
Other than having an extra piece of luggage, it is not any more of a problem than at home.
