REsmed Boycott, and email I sent them

below is a copy of the email I sent to Resmed this evening--a boycott won't affect them unless we let them know we are boycotting, and let them know how unhappy we are with their new policies--so--I am letting them know. and yes--I really did return my S8 for the Remstar Auto BiPap with BiFlex--it is definitely a much better machine and very comfortable for sleeping...i am definitely happy with my trade I will let you all know if they respond, and will p0st their response here--

Dear Resmed--
I am writing to inform you that you can remove me from myresmed.com, and unregister my epuipment. Due to your new policies of jacking up your prices to internet sellers by 40 % and by denying patients access to the software so that we can manage our own treatmen, and see what our bodies are doing--I cannot in good conscience continue to use Resmed products. To deny us consumers the ability to follow our progress with the software program which is way over priced already, you are denying us of our right to play an active role in our therapy--it would be like denying a diabetic access to the information from their glucometers. I HAVE THE RIGHT to be a part of my treatment.
I have returned my latest Resmed machine, the S8 Elite, to my DME as it was still with in the 30 day policy period, and have now purchased a Respironics machine, which my dr. prescribed for me after I asked her to--allowing ME to have a say in my therapy. As of this time, I will no longer be interested in purchsing Resmed's products.
