New MOJO cpap mask

Post by Mickey7746 » Fri Sep 22, 2006 5:59 pm

I sleep under an air flow rate of 15. The ResMed I have flutters around the cheek area and keeps my awake too much.

I am thinking of purchasing a MOJO. Can anyone help me decided what size to order & give hint on how to measure for it as the CPAP. com has no established measuring guidelines.
Thanks
Milton

Hi, Milton. I don't know if this will help, but I'll give you my experience with ff. The measurement of my face is somewhere between medium and small. I have not been able to wear small because it puts too much pressure on my nose. Hence I must use a medium even though it's always a little too large and causes more leaks.

With the Mojo ff I get a snug fit with the medium. It may be made a bit smaller than other medium ff, but I believe it's because with the pliable ring behind the gel you can actually mold the mask to fit your face.

I don't think you could go wrong by getting the same size as other ff masks that fit you best. If you don't own a ff, use the measurements offered for other ff masks.

I hope this helps. It took me a week to get the adjustments right for this snug fit and using the tension screw to stop nose bridge leaks, so be patient and don't give up on it.
