Count me as another positive vote for the m series auto!
Bought mine for travel and have ended up loving the cflex so much that I keep it bedside all the time!

They only make four or more models of, the "M"agic, How many Apples And How many Oranges are in a basket? They all blow air, out a hose,and are the same size, as for a function they are different. You can look them up at CPAP.COM and read the differences model to model. Jim
