I am just posting this as a suggestion for those of us who still feel sluggish during the day and are not aware there are other options in addition to sucking wind:

I was also reading (and have been told) eating right before bed does not give your body a chance for rest since it is busy processing what you have recently consumed, so you wake up in the morning tired as hell.
Chances are you've already been diagnosed with OSA. Why not change a few more routines (or at least one at a time) to feel the best you possibly can?

Interesting Read
A good article!
Thanks for the link Tom
My goal is to at least get to seven hours a night.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body totally worn out and screaming,WOO HOO what a ride!
Thanks for the link, Tom. I had to adjust my eating schedule when I was diagnosed with an ulcer and reflux at about the same time as the OSA was diagnosed. By limiting my food intake to no less than 2 hours before bedtime -- even if it means going to bed a little later -- I'm convinced that it has helped both the reflux and the apnea.

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.
Not enough sleep
A few nights ago we had a storm that knocked out our power for a couple of hours just about dusk.
We got out the candles and the flashlights and sat in the living room doing nothing.
We talked about how before electricity, everyone lived like this. They had oil lamps, but lamp oil was expensive for the common man, not too bad but enough they didn't burn it for nothing too often.
People went to bed when the sun went down or soon thereafter. They didn't stay up and active until 10:30 or 11 PM or later. They didn't get up in the wee hours of the morning either.
The last job I had before retireing, I had to be there at 5:30 am. They started so early because of the heat here in Phoenix.
But, as soon as the power came on .. so did the tv and the computer and we were back to normal.
We fight nature every inch of the way and wonder why our sleeping is messed up.
