Myencore Only Shows 5 days of data after reinstall !
while Encore Pro shows 2 months of data.
How do I get Myencore to see all the data ?
it says data base first entry 8-12-06 last entry 8-17-06
this is wrong. encore pro shows data from 6-25 through 8-17
has anyone else had this problem with myencore ?

There are two kinds of data:
Compliance data: The number of hours the machine was used correctly.
Useful Data: All the Needed Data, AHI ect, The card will record 6 days of this, then overwrite the first days data ect.
In Encore Pro, can you access, all the useful data? If you can, My Encore, should be able to see it if you have the dates in preferences set correctly.
But if the full data isn't in the database, it just make it up.
It's important to download your card every 6 days. Jim
