Anyone interested in a Resmed Aircurve 10s. $220

Post by Rhondab » Tue Apr 04, 2017 6:07 pm

I have been following this website for a couple of years and I have finally registered! I bought a package deal of CPAP equipment mainly to get my hands on a soclean that was in the mix. But there is a resmed Aircurve 10s in there that I have no use for. I prefer my dreamstation and I have no use for a bipap. It needs a water chamber and filters. It does come with the bag, power supply and a brand new heated hose. It has 673 hours on it and I know for a fact it has come from a clean, non smoking home. Im asking $220 shipped. If anyone is interested please let me know.

You didn't follow it enough to know that SoClean is worthless. Should have asked.

Please post pictures, especially showing the total run hours. Most people don't buy sight unseen. Most know this machine but model number and anything else useful would help someone decide if they want the machine. Also, how much are you asking for it? I'm not interested but others might be.

I have seen plenty of posts regarding the soclean. I also know a couple of people who have nothing bad to say about it. I'm going to try it and form my own opinion. If I don't like it, I'll go back to the old ways.

read this: http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread ... #pid197690

it's really not worth what you paid for it, even if it was $0.01

Do you know if the Aircurve 10 was subjected to the SoClean machine ... that may make a difference to the person that purchases it .
If you're not part of the solution you're just scumming up the bottom of the beaker!

People think SC 'works' because they haven't experienced problems they can blame on the machine. That's totally irrational! The vast majority of us don't have problems to blame on the machine either, and don't use So Clean. You may think using it keeps the elephants away, but they were never there to begin with. Have fun with your rip-off.

All I said was I wanted to try it out. I have been cleaning my CPAP/equipment the same as most of you for the past six years. That is great that some of you feel so strongly against the soclean. I appreciate the input.

I have been trying to find out. I would assume so, but the answer for now is I do not know.

With that few of hours on the machine even if it was subjected to the SoClean device with each use I doubt that it would hurt the machine.

If it was the AirCurve 10 VAuto instead of the S I might be interested but I don't want another fixed pressure bilevel machine.
