I posted previously about where to go about selling a used Air Sense 10 machine. It was in a very clean home and well taken care of.
I would rather sell it to someone who can really put it to use and benefit from it. I'm open to serious offers for now I would just like to make sure it goes to a good home and gets used.
I have some photos of it below, if you have any questions please send me a message.
Asking $200 shipped (open to offers)

Private messages will stay in your outbox until opened by the recipient. At that time it moves to the "sent" box.
So if you are wondering because it is still in your "outbox"...it's just because it hasn't been read yet.

What are you using instead of the AirSense 10? I sent mine back and continue on my S9. Much less noisy and contains much more water!

Why would the s10 only take 1 filling per night and the s9 would operate for days without filling? Hose temp set on 70 degrees!

Different humidity delivery.
Same humidity setting on the S9 isn't the same on the A10.
Not to mention the possibility of the ambient humidity in the bedroom being different which affects water consumption.

maybe your s9 is broken, ever think of that? "days without filling" sounds like no heat.

That is a big negative. I still have to fill my S9. Just not as often.

Well if you like I can sell you this one.
It runs all night at the Max setting of 8 and only uses 1/4 of the water in the Tank
