Dreamstation mask setting

Post by skittlesmcgee » Mon Feb 20, 2017 6:34 pm

I recently switched from a nasal mask to an Amara View which I love. Should I have changed the mask setting? If so to what?

Whatever number is on the Amara View package....that's the number to choose for Resistance control setting.

What was the make/model of your nasal mask?
Only if you use a Philips/Respironics mask. Otherwise, for non-P/R masks, leave the Resistance setting at Zero.

Looks like Amara masks use X1 setting

The first link is for the System One, but I would imagine that this is the same, especially given that the choices seem to match.
