I don't recall anyone that sold fleece chin straps...there was someone that sold fleece hose covers. He's hasn''t been on the
board in quite some time so I don't know his status.

I think my Papcap was made of flannel.
It looks like a surgical cap with adjustable Velcro holding a strip of cloth up
Perhaps you were thinking of that.
There was a product called the Ultimate chinstrap, which might still be available.
Also made of flannel, I think. There is a very cute video on it.

I have had occasion to actually see and feel the Ultimate chinstrap and it isn't flannel.

I don't know of anyone selling flannel or fleece chin straps.
Padacheek uses some flannel like fleece but she doesn't make chin straps that I am aware of.

Could it have been Metsfan302? He was selling hose covers. Use the Search feature at the top of the page to run him down.

His hose covers were hand knitted out of super soft knitting yarn.
I don't think he ever did knit any chin straps.

PadaCheek does have a mask stabilizer which goes under the chin. Don't think it is fleece though. But this is more for mask issues and I don't think it would keep the mouth closed. Unless just as a soft reminder to close.

My "supplied" chin strap was completely useless. I've been using a cervical collar for over a year . . . works like a charm (for me). It took a little getting use to, but no where near as bad as adjusting to the whole CPAP "contraption" in the very beginning.

I have on occasion considered lining an existing chinstrap (the Sullivan) with lightweight fleece,
as interior seams were SUCH a bad idea . . .
