high pressure dreams

Post by cpapdude1 » Sat Jan 21, 2017 10:32 pm

Why do I always get dreams above my 90% pressure ?

My 90 percent pressure is 18.5

Lower than 18.5 and I almost never have dreams.

above 18.5 and I dream alot.

I have been in the hospital 2 times in my life and both times my oxygen level was between 60 and 65. The reason I know is because the nurses told me.

above 18.5 your sleep is disturbed enough that you remember your dreams.

at lower pressures, you're not waking up, and thus not remembering your dreams, the brain doesn't form memories during sleep, only when you get wakened.
