S10 automatic enable of heated humidifier

Is there a way to automatically enable the heated humidifier to come on when I start therapy and turn off when I turn off the machine in the morning? I realize this would not preheat the water.

Are you trying to use an S9 humidifier with your Airsense 10?

In it on page 11, you will find out if you have the heated hose it can be on auto or you can choose manual settings and adjust the tube temperature separate from the humidifier temperature.
Auto is described as:
Automatic adjustment
The humidifier and ClimateLineAir heated air tubing are controlled by the Climate Control algorithm
to deliver constant humidity and temperature outputs. The system adjusts automatically to changes
in:
 ambient room temperature and humidity values
 flow due to pressure changes
 flow due to mask or mouth leak.

what you're describing that you want is the default behavior.

I started out with no humidity and turned every thing off when I was at camp on batteries. When I got back I set it on manual, figured I could set it better myself. Got lots of rainout in the hose. Assume the machine has a humidity sensor for AUTO function. It senses room humidity and figures out how much it has to add. AUTO seems to work much better than I can set it manually. Press top button for 3 seconds and machine totally turns off. A single quick press keeps the humidifier warm till it times out from non use.
