Hi,
I feel AMAZING and AWAKE today. I hope this high doesn't leave me! I have a couple of questions.
I downloaded Sleepyhead, but how do I upload to here? My AHI was 0.70. Mask leak 52%.
S9 heated humidifier set to 3.0, I felt it was slightly dry. Why/How do I set the temperature? I took a stab at 74F, but I don't know what I am setting this for.
I went to bed at 9 fighting with the mask for a while, woke once (that I remember) around midnight or 1am. I considered NOT fighting with the mask to fall asleep again, but decided to try it again and sleep on the opposite side. Woke up on my own at 6:20am. I felt extremely groggy and stiff. But, after I got up at 7 (my alarm set for 7:30), I started feeling good. By 8, feeling GREAT! It's now 1:30 and I DON'T feel like I need a nap! I am plugging away at work! I feel like I'm alive for the first time since ????

There are 3 pages here that tell you how to organize your SleepyHead charts, take a screen shot, and post using Imgur. When you get to the bottom of each page be sure and click on the link to the next one. https://sleep.tnet.com/resources/sleepyhead/shorganize

Re: ASV - After the 1st night questions
Denise:
Congratulations on your first night. You appear to one of those who won't have a difficult time adjusting.
The leak is a little high and probably will be relatively fixable. Have you tried adjusting the fit while the machine is running and your are lying down? Adjusting while sitting up sometimes leaves it a little loose especially after you lie down and your facial muscles relax with sleep.
I'm so glad about your success and hope it will just get better with time.

It blows so hard that it's practically levitating off of my face at times.
