Greetings from a snowy East coast of USA.
I have been on CPAP religiously for 3 weeks now. No problems using or adjusting to machine. Am not feeling as rested as I originally did so started looking at "reports" on my Dreammappper app. After reading many posts, I see that this is not uncommon as my body is adjusting and will certainly keep going!!! I only have an IPAD but will upload Sleepy app on my husband computer.
All I know is that I had 27 apnea episodes during an hour of my sleep study. (Had the best sleep ever that night) In looking at my numbers today I see the followin: AHI 4.6, CA 4, OA 28, Hypopneas 13. These numbers are pretty consistent with AHI running between 3.5 and 6.7 these last 3 weeks.
I have read lots of posts and am curious as to what the "professionals" have to say!!
Thanks!!!

Re: New user readings
Welcome to the board.
The best way to help you is for you to post your sleepyhead graphs, Please see my sig for the how to.
That way we can see what is happening leading up to the events you see.
It is not unrealistic to significantly reduse the number of events that you are having, no guarantees.
